ANALYZING REDDIT ACCOUNTS ACROSS THESE COMMUNITIES

What Does the Reddit User Analyzer Show?

Point it at any public Reddit username and it reads the account's public footprint: total karma, account age, verification status, and — in the full report — the post/comment karma split, posting frequency, the subreddits the account is most active in, and any communities it moderates.

It's the fastest way to answer a simple question: is this account what it claims to be?

Who Uses This (and Why)

  • Marketers auditing their own accounts. Karma, age, and activity mix decide how subreddits' AutoModerator rules treat your posts. Know your numbers before a campaign.
  • Buyers checking accounts before purchase. Buying an aged Reddit account? Verify the karma is real, the age matches the listing, and the history isn't one week of copy-paste spam.
  • Mods and researchers vetting suspicious users. A 2-day-old account with 40,000 karma tells a story. So does a 9-year account that only ever posted in one thread.
  • Anyone sizing up an opponent or influencer. See where an account really spends its time — it's rarely where you'd guess.

How to Read the Numbers

Total karma

Reddit's trust currency. Under ~100: the account will be filtered by many mid-size subreddits. 1,000–10,000: comfortable posting almost anywhere. Higher: the number stops mattering and the account's history quality matters more.

Account age

The signal you can't fake or grind. Many subreddits hard-require 30/90/365-day-old accounts. Age plus steady activity is what makes an account look human to Reddit's systems — which is why aged accounts are the backbone of safe vote delivery.

Post vs. comment karma (full report)

All post karma and no comment karma is a classic promoter pattern that both mods and filters look for. Healthy accounts talk more than they submit.

Subreddit breakdown (full report)

Where the karma was earned. Karma farmed in meme subreddits carries little weight in niche communities — relevance matters, and this is where you check it.

Analyzer + Shadowban Checker = Full Health Picture

This tool reads an account's public stats; our shadowban checker tests whether the account is visible at all. Run both — an impressive account that's shadowbanned is worth nothing, and a visible account with terrible stats gets filtered anyway. Inside the panel, account monitoring runs these checks automatically and alerts you when anything changes.

How Does the Reddit User Analyzer Work?

We read the account's public profile, submissions, and comments straight from Reddit's API and summarize karma, account age, verification status, and activity — the same public data anyone would see on the profile page, just organized into one report. Nothing is scraped from behind a login and no private information is touched; type any public username and the breakdown comes back in a few seconds.

FAQ

User Analyzer Questions

Can I analyze any Reddit account?
Any public account, yes — the data comes from Reddit's public profile information. Suspended and shadowbanned accounts return limited data (use the shadowban checker for those).
What's a healthy karma ratio?
There's no single magic number, but comment-leaning accounts usually look healthier than post-heavy ones. All post karma and almost no comment karma is the classic promoter pattern that mods and filters watch for; steady comment activity signals a real participant.
Can I use this to vet an account before buying it?
Yes — it's one of the most common uses. Confirm the karma is real, the age matches the listing, and the history is spread across relevant subreddits rather than a week of copy-paste. Pair it with the shadowban checker so you don't buy an account nobody can see.
Does it show deleted posts?
No — the analyzer only reads what's currently public on the profile. To see removed or deleted content, use our Reddit removed content viewer instead.
Is this against Reddit's rules?
No — the tool reads the same public information anyone sees on a profile page, just organized and summarized.
Why would I monitor an account instead of checking once?
Because accounts change: karma dips, shadowbans happen, activity gaps accumulate. Monitoring (in the panel) alerts you the moment an account you rely on degrades.
