Refund Policy

Automatic balance refunds

If an order cannot be delivered — for example the post was removed before delivery completed, or the target became unavailable — the undelivered portion is refunded to your account balance automatically.

What qualifies

  • Orders cancelled before delivery started: full balance refund.
  • Partially delivered orders: the undelivered remainder is refunded.
  • Service failures on our side: full refund of the affected order.

What doesn't qualify

  • Orders fully delivered as specified.
  • Posts removed by subreddit moderators or Reddit after delivery completed.
  • Outcomes beyond vote delivery (rankings, traffic, sales) — we deliver engagement, not guaranteed results.

Deposits

Deposits become account balance and are generally not refundable to the original payment method, except where required by law or in cases of verified double payment. Contact support with the transaction details and we'll sort it out.

Disputes

If you believe an order was mishandled, contact support with the order ID within 7 days of the order date. Opening a payment chargeback without contacting support first results in account suspension while we investigate.
