What we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and a password hash. When you place orders we store the order details you provide (such as Reddit post URLs, quantities, and delivery preferences). When you deposit funds we receive payment confirmations from our payment processors — we never see or store full card numbers or private wallet keys.
Like most websites, we automatically receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, which we use for security (fraud and abuse prevention) and to improve the service.
What we use it for
- Operating your account, orders, and balance
- Delivering the services you purchase and showing you live order status
- Support — answering tickets and messages
- Security, fraud prevention, and rate limiting
- Service emails such as verification, password resets, and important account notices
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your order details with third parties beyond what's required to deliver the service and process payments.
- We do not require any personally identifying information beyond an email address to use the service.
Cookies
We use cookies for essential functionality: keeping you logged in, security (CSRF protection), and remembering preferences. Analytics, where used, is configured to respect your privacy.
Data retention & deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support; we will honor the request except where records must be kept for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Third parties
Payments are processed by external payment providers (card and cryptocurrency processors) under their own privacy policies. Optional integrations you enable (such as Telegram notifications) involve the respective platform.
