1. The service
UpvoteGG ("we", "us") provides Reddit engagement and analytics services, including vote delivery, marketplace services, automation tools, and free analysis tools. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may not use the service to promote illegal content, spam, scams, or content that harms others.
- You may not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service outside of the API and reseller features we provide.
- You are responsible for the content you promote and for complying with the rules of the platforms you use.
3. Risk acknowledgement
Third-party platform engagement services may conflict with the terms of service of those platforms. You use the service at your own discretion and risk, and you accept that we cannot guarantee outcomes on platforms we do not control.
4. Balance & payments
Deposits are converted to account balance, which is spent on services. Balance is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Fraudulent payments result in account termination.
5. Delivery
Delivery speeds and quantities are estimates. Where an order cannot be completed, the undelivered portion is refunded to your balance per our refund policy.
6. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service or its staff, or create fraud/chargeback risk. You may close your account at any time.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
9. Downvote services
UpvoteGG provides downvoting services strictly for personal reputation management, organic vote balancing, and spam, scam, and troll suppression. You agree not to use the downvote service for coordinated harassment, doxxing, targeting of protected groups, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to review, cancel, and refund any order we determine, in our sole discretion, to be abusive or non-compliant with this provision. This clause exists to protect the platform, our payment-processing relationships, and the integrity of the service.
